With traditional pneumatic systems, offloads often complete with a rapid and uncontrolled launch at the top of the cycle. Hydraulic systems like HydraDump avoid this and deliver a smooth, consistent and safe motion throughout an entire offload.
Hydraulic systems also avoid common pitfalls that affect pneumatic systems. We combat any freezing conditions using an antifreeze lubricant that gets dispersed through the pneumatic portion of our system. And since the HydraDump utilizes standard components, repairs can be completed expediently on the rare occasions they occur.
