We are excited to offer the 1515 Flexiride Rail Gear Series II for the Chevy Suburban, an advanced solution for efficient and versatile rail travel. Our rail gear is hydraulically operated and can be raised and lowered using a single high-flow hydraulic pump, complemented by a hand pump, which is typically installed on the truck frame. This system features our proprietary 4-Wheel Independent Flexiride® Suspension, allowing it to accommodate varying payloads without needing adjustments, up to the truck’s maximum gross vehicle weight. The rail gear package includes precision-machined forged 10-inch diameter rail wheels, with an option to upgrade to composite wheels that significantly reduce railhead noise by up to 95%. Additionally, the kit comes complete with all essential components, such as identical front and rear modular units, mounting brackets, built-in de-rail skids, a steering wheel lock, wheel adapters, and lightweight RoadRail aluminum rims, ensuring a comprehensive and straightforward installation.
