About ConnectWork
  • The rail industry's workforce is aging, and the time to integrate a new generation of skilled workers is upon us. Within our current decade many companies are discovering that traditional hiring methods are not adaptive to the new generation of potential candidates needed to address the increasing skills gap. In turn, businesses are settling for short term solutions to stave off declining production rates, and the inevitable loss of revenue due to a problematic and inefficent workforce.

To help meet the changing occupational landscape of the rail industry, ConnectWork has committed to helping the rail industry fill their occupational needs. The founders of ConnectWork are dedicated to improving the traditional hiring practices used in sourcing the skilled laborer. The process we use is aimed at developing a more efficent long term solution to employment needs. Our obligation to our clients is to ensure that they feel confident in our ability to meet their occupational needs by providing a well-rounded, highly qualified skilled workforce.
